In the unlikely event that anything goes wrong during your participation in this event it is important that we have someone we can contact in case of an emergency. We would prefer this to be a member of your immediate family if possible. Please ensure that the contact number you give us for this person will be accessible on the 10th, 11th and 12th of February 2012.

Likewise, you are not obliged to tell us about any medical conditions you may have, however, anything you write will be notified to the relevant emergency services in the event of any accident. All information will be treated as confidential.

Fundraising

We need to know which charity that you would like your sponsorship money donated to. Please help us by giving us the name of the charity, their website address and charity number. It would also be very helpful if you could give us an indication of how much you intend to raise in sponsorship for this event (although this in now way commits you to this level of fundraising.)

Terms and Conditions

You must agree to the terms and conditions of the ESCA Race2Paris Event in order to register for this event. Selecting the Yes options to the following statements will indicate to us that you have both read and agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions. If you have any questions please email us at information@race2paris.org.uk

  • Edinburgh Students' Charities Appeal shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property or personal injury (other than arising from our negligence) arising out of the ESCA Race2Paris Event running from the 10th, 11th and 12th of February.

  • All travel arrangements and insurance are MY responsibility as a participant in the event, as are any incurred costs. If I do not have travel insurance, I understand that it will be my responsibility to purchase a suitable policy.

  • I agree to comply with all the rules as laid out on the event website and in the downloadable detailed copy of the rules.
